Refund Policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it -unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once approved, returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving the return address. Returns shipped after this period will not be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we do not reimburse shipping fees.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a 3-hour cancellation window from the time your order is placed.
Because our team begins processing and preparing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations after this period.

To request a cancellation, please email  support@cliradept.com. your order number as soon as possible.
If more than 3 hours have passed, the order may already be in production or processing and cannot be canceled.

In this case, you are welcome to follow our standard return process once the item arrives.

Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount are eligible for exchange only - no refunds will be issued for these items.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item is unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
